- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I walked in last week to notarize some of my document at this Citibank since I am a credit card holder but does not have an account with them. They were able to do it for free. I have to say the customer service in this branch is very friendly. More so than alot of bank I have been in. The manager in this bank help me in a way that not only attentive and professional, he did not overly pressure me to open an account. The two other employees whose I spoken to were equally courteous. It is easy for people to recognize bad customer services and complain about them but never really give praises to good services when they receive them. So I just like to make sure that the credit is given to those who deserved them. After this encounter, I actually want to get a CitiBank account with them if I wasn't moving away.By A Google User, March 29, 2017
